Buxton Associates are Consulting Structural Engineers based in New Malden, Surrey. Much of our work is done in the Surrey and Greater London area, whilst internationally; we have undertaken projects in Jersey, Geneva and other locations. We work nationally, on construction projects for major clients such as retailers, banks developers and contractors.

New Build, Refurbishment, Repair, Investigation
We undertake assignments as consulting structural engineers across the full range of construction activity - new build, refurbishment, repairs and investigation.

Established in 1972, we remain a small scale consulting engineering practice - intentionally so. We have a very clear appreciation of the specific requirements of our target client base, with projects values typically in the range typically of £500k - £10m.

Client requirements often include:-

• Expert and creative solutions to challenging construction problems, where off the shelf solutions are not appropriate.
• A hands on approach from the directors in an active, operational, as well as supervisory role on their project.

We carry a very strong reputation with our clients, as well as the architects and surveyors with whom we work. Our reputation is based on project delivery, which involves meeting the time scales and financial targets set, together with the dependability of our work. The vast majority of our projects come from referral and repeat business.
