An extension to the Bevington Primary School for Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea to provide a new reception area, office space and an external play area.

A steel frame structure was specified to meet the Architect's requirements for extensive glazed facades, modern open-plan interior spaces, and high-spec finishes both externally and internally.

Situated on London Clay in close proximity to a number of mature trees, the new structure required a mini-pile and suspended ground-beam foundation solution to protect against ground heave.
