The Project saw the addition of a new two storey extension on top of this existing Soho office block. The upper floors were vacant during the building works but the ground floor store remained open as did the basement night club. As a consequence we came up with a design solution that had minimal impact on the lower levels.

As part of the buildings sustainability credentials it has a green roof, bat boxes and an intelligent fully glazed facade which uses multi coloured vertical fins to form a brise soleil.
