This project involved the demolition of the existing nursing home and its replacement with a new unit compliant with current and anticipated future legislation. The new 2 storey unit includes 60 en-suite bedrooms, medical centre, physio and treatment rooms together with lounge, dining and activity areas.

It is constructed of load-bearing masonry supporting precast concrete floors and timber trussed rafter pitched roofs.
