The major refurbishment of a 6 storey 1960's precast concrete structure office building. With 3 levels of basement, retail banking at ground and first floors and offices above, the building remained occupied throughout the works which required careful phasing by the contractor.

Major structural alterations were made to the rear concrete core, housing four lifts, to accommodate wheelchair access. Replacement of the air conditioning throughout required new builderswork holes through the floors and other works included an external plant platform on the roof, alterations to plantrooms and repairs to the trough floors and exposed aggregate cladding.
